Akasha has been a true pioneer for healthy organic cooking in Los Angeles for years. Back in the day I worked with Akasha who entrusted me to run her kitchen for the big Hollywood parties that she is known for. Over the years not only have we worked together many times but we’ve also established a great friendship. I was honored when she asked me to do a recipe for her book as I’ve always been a great admirer of hers.
