                   SURFAS FOOD DEMONSTRATION, CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA

St. Patrick’s Day is probably the biggest Irish holiday celebrated worldwide. It’s a celebration of the Irish culture, which obviously includes Irish food. In March of ‘08 Surfas, a restaurant supply store in Culver City, CA, approached me to do a food demo highlighting Irish food, the healthy way.

I decided to focus on two Irish classics;

Beef and Guinness stew
&
Irish soda bread

Check out my Soda bread demo on YouTube.
