What’s an Irishman without beer or salmon? Guess I’ll have to work on a recipe for the beer, though you could revisit my Beef & Guinness Stew in the meantime. As for the salmon, well what’s holiday food without cranberries? Want my recipe? You have to head over to Dancing Spoon!
